Refund Policy

At GetBarcode.pk, we provide genuine, globally unique retail barcodes, QR codes, and digital services for a one-time cost. Because each code is assigned permanently to your ownership and cannot be resold, all sales are considered final.

However, we do understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. Therefore, we only consider refunds under the following specific conditions, and only if the request is made within 30 days of purchase:

  • Issues with the supplied barcode images, such as incorrect formatting or resolution errors that prevent proper use.

  • Delivery errors, such as receiving a barcode format that does not match the confirmed order requirements.

  • Other faults directly caused by our team that prevent the barcodes or QR codes from being used as intended.

Refunds will not be granted in cases where:

  • You change your mind or purchase an incorrect quantity or type of code.

  • Your retailer requires direct GS1 membership. Every retailer has the right to set its own barcode acceptance policies, which we cannot guarantee.

  • You expected a specific country code prefix other than those described on our website.

  • Your product is refused by a marketplace for reasons outside of our control.

If a refund is approved, the relevant barcodes will be immediately marked invalid in our records and removed from any verification databases to ensure they cannot be reused. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, though banking or payment systems may take additional time to release funds.

Before ordering, you are welcome to download our sample barcode pack to verify compatibility with your chosen retailer or marketplace and confirm the format meets their acceptance standards. We strongly encourage you to consult your retailer’s barcode requirements before purchasing.
